Love poetry is for two people

Who are in love,

My poetry is for one person

Who is in love

And another person

Who is sand in my hands.

Now, I just write poetry about loss

And heart break,

Because everyday with you

Is another reminder

Of what I once held,

That now I sweep into a pan.
